- “Buy Now, Pay Later” services via Tabby and Tamara
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or through our authorized representatives.
- Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice due to airline or supplier updates.
- Full payment or a deposit (as applicable) must be made to confirm any service.
- For installment payments, we offer Tabby and Tamara options subject to their respective terms and approval processes.
- White Sky Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time.
3. Flights and Airline Policies
- Flight bookings are subject to airline terms and conditions.
- Ticket prices, baggage allowances, and refund eligibility depend on the selected airline.
- Once a ticket is issued, any changes or cancellations will follow the airline’s rules and may incur penalties or processing fees.
- White Sky Travel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
4. Visa Services
- Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of UAE immigration authorities.
- White Sky Travel is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or related consequences.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the immigration system.
- Travelers must ensure they comply with UAE immigration laws and overstay regulations.
- There is no grace period after visa expiry unless officially announced by UAE authorities.
5. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel bookings are confirmed based on availability at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation or modification policies vary depending on the hotel and rate type.
- No-shows or early check-outs are subject to hotel cancellation charges.
- Check-in and check-out times follow hotel policies.
6. Tour Packages and Attractions
- Prices for tour packages or attractions are subject to availability and seasonal rates.
- Itineraries may change due to weather, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control.
- Refunds will not be provided for unused services or missed tours.
- All activities are undertaken at the traveler’s own risk, and travelers should have valid travel insurance.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds, where applicable, will depend on the service provider’s (airline, hotel, or attraction) rules.
- Processing time for refunds may vary and is subject to supplier confirmation.
- White Sky Travel may deduct administrative or service fees from the refundable amount.
- In cases of airline or supplier delays, refunds will only be initiated once confirmation is received from the concerned provider.
8. Travel Insurance
- White Sky Travel offers travel insurance options through authorized providers.
- The traveler must read and understand the insurance policy coverage and limitations before purchase.
- Claims must be filed directly with the insurance company.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- White Sky Travel acts as a facilitator between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa authorities).
- We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, damage, or expenses resulting from acts of God, government restrictions, accidents, or any event beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for checking passport validity, visa status, and travel requirements before departure.
10. Accuracy of Information
- While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website and promotional materials, errors may occur.
- White Sky Travel reserves the right to correct any pricing or service information without prior notice.
11. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of processing bookings and providing travel services.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or for service fulfillment.
- By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
