Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the White Sky Travel Partners Program (“Program”) operated by White Sky Travel and Tourism (“White Sky Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The White Sky Travel Partners Program allows approved partners to earn commission by referring customers who successfully purchase eligible travel products and services offered by White Sky Travel.
Commission is earned only on successful and confirmed purchases.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
White Sky Travel reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Referral Tracking and Cookies
- Referral tracking is managed through cookies.
- The cookie validity period is 3 days from the customer’s first click on the Partner’s referral link.
- Any purchase completed within this period will be attributed to the Partner.
White Sky Travel is not responsible for tracking failures caused by cookie deletion, browser restrictions, device changes, or technical limitations.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission rates range from 3% to 6%, based on the Partner’s tier level.
- Tier upgrades are applied automatically once performance requirements are met.
- Commission is calculated on the final confirmed booking amount, excluding refunds, cancellations, or failed transactions.
Certain products may be excluded from commission eligibility.
5. Eligible Products
Commission is available on:
- UAE attractions that support online payment
- Selected tours and services displayed as commission-eligible in the Partner dashboard
White Sky Travel reserves the right to modify eligible products at any time.
6. Commission Validation
Commission will not be paid for:
- Cancelled, refunded, or disputed bookings
- Fraudulent or invalid transactions
- Self-referrals or misuse of referral links
White Sky Travel may review, adjust, or cancel commissions if violations are identified.
7. Payouts and Payment Fees
- Partners may request payouts once the minimum payout threshold shown in the dashboard is reached.
- All bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, intermediary bank fees, or third-party payment costs are the responsibility of the Partner.
- White Sky Travel will process payouts for the approved commission amount only and is not responsible for deductions made by banks or payment providers.
8. Payment Methods
- UAE-based Partners must provide valid local UAE bank account details.
- International Partners may receive payouts via PayPal or Wise.
- Accurate payment details must be submitted to avoid delays or failed transfers.
9. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- Promote White Sky Travel honestly and professionally
- Avoid misleading or false advertising
- Not impersonate White Sky Travel or its representatives
- Follow branding and promotional guidelines
Unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not allowed:
- Self-referrals
- Fake or manipulated transactions
- Misrepresentation of services or pricing
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, ads, or domains
Violations may result in suspension and loss of unpaid commissions.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
White Sky Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner account at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.
Pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited in such cases.
12. Modifications to the Program
White Sky Travel may update, modify, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
White Sky Travel shall not be liable for:
- Tracking errors or technical issues
- Payment delays caused by banks or third-party providers
- Indirect or consequential losses
Participation in the Program is at the Partner’s own risk.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
