Carry your original passport, UAE visa copy, confirmed ticket copy, original PSA birth certificate, proof of relationship to your sponsor and your travel tax payment. Bring proof that you will come back, like your job, business or school. If your real purpose is to work in the UAE, travel on a proper work visa processed through the DMW. Travelling on a visit visa to look for work is one of the most common reasons for offloading.

If the sponsor earns at least AED 16,000 per month, an Affidavit of Support and Guarantee (AOSG) may be processed through the Philippine Consulate, subject to their requirements and approval. The sponsor should also prepare their Emirates ID (front and back), OEC or OWWA membership, salary certificate, labour contract, tenancy contract (or a hotel booking from us) and original PSA documents proving the relationship. eTravel is the free online registration for everyone leaving or arriving in the Philippines. Register on the official eTravel website or the eGovPH app within 72 hours before your flight, and do it again for every trip. Save the QR code on your phone or print it.

Returning workers need an exit clearance from the DMW. You can get the free OFW Pass on the DMW app or the eGovPH app, and it stays valid until your employment contract ends. Tourists do not need it.

Yes. A minor travelling alone or with someone other than a parent usually needs a DSWD travel clearance before leaving the Philippines. Apply early, as it takes time to process.
