Desert Safari Dubai price
Our shared desert safari is priced from AED 115 per adult. Children aged 3 to 8 qualify for a child rate, and private safaris for couples, families or groups are quoted on request. The tour runs on a shared seat in coach (SIC) basis, so you travel with other guests and share the cost.

The red dunes: dune bashing and sandboarding
Our safari heads into the Lahbab red dunes, known for their deep colour and tall slopes. Your driver takes you on a thrilling dune bashing session in a 4×4 Land Cruiser, rising and dropping across the sand in a ride that is safe, controlled and full of adrenaline. When you reach the camp side dunes, you can try sandboarding, sliding down the slopes on a board for an extra rush.
Bedouin camp: camel rides, falconry, henna and live shows
At the camp you step into Emirati desert culture. Take a short camel ride across the sand, meet a falcon up close, and learn a little about the Bedouin way of life. Ladies can enjoy a henna tattoo, and everyone can try on traditional Arabian dress for photos. As the evening settles in, the stage comes alive with a spinning Tanoura show, a fire show and a belly dance performance under the open sky.
Sunset and BBQ dinner under the stars
As the sun drops, the desert turns gold and the dunes make a perfect backdrop for photos. A starter is served from 6:30 pm, followed by a generous BBQ buffet dinner with grilled meats, salads, Arabic dishes and desserts, plus vegetarian options. Evening, morning or overnight safari
Our evening safari is the most popular because it packs the sunset, the full camp experience, the live shows and the BBQ dinner into one trip. If you prefer cooler temperatures and a lighter schedule, a morning safari focuses on dune bashing, camel rides and sandboarding without the dinner. Dubai or Abu Dhabi desert safari
Both emirates offer excellent safaris. A Dubai desert safari in the Lahbab red dunes is quick to reach from the city and combines adventure with a full evening of culture and dinner. An Abu Dhabi safari in the Liwa or Al Khatim dunes tends to feel more remote and is better if you are already staying in the capital. If you are based in Dubai, the Dubai safari is the easier and more popular choice.
Best time for a desert safari in Dubai
The cooler months from November to March are the most comfortable for a desert safari, with pleasant evenings that are ideal for the camp and open air dinner. Safaris run year round, and in the warmer months the evening timing means temperatures ease as the sun sets. Whatever the season, the sunset drive is the highlight.
What to wear and bring
