Customer Agreement

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on White Sky Travel and Tourism. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both parties. By becoming a White Sky Travel and Tourism customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent  to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. White Sky Travel and Tourism has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.

Eligibility

Client must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use White Sky Travel and Tourism services only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy and Data Collection

White Sky Travel and Tourism is the sole owner of the information collected on this website or in any Social media you choose to fill your information. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.

Travel Insurance

White Sky Travel and Tourism strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage etc. White Sky Travel and Tourism does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products listed on whitesky.ae are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. White Sky Travel and Tourism shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that  White Sky Travel and Tourism will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against White Sky Travel and Tourism and its owner, members, directors and employees and representatives.

Tour Amendments and Cancellation

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.

Language

Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour onlin

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. White Sky Travel and Tourism cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to Immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. White Sky Travel and Tourism will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United Arab Emirates/United States Dollar. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Airport Transfers/ Flight Information

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, White Sky Travel and Tourism LLC provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the hotel.

Travel companion

All travel companions parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party’s responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour at any cost. If one party cancels their part of the tour, all additional penalties or charges associated with the cancellation of the departing party’s tour must be paid by the departing party in full. This ensures the departing party leaves the attending parties and their tour in good standing. Travel companion orders are nonrefundable after the payments have been submitted by each travel companion party. Travel companion tours cannot change departure dates unless all parties consent to the departure date change. Airport transfers for Travel companion orders follow the same standards as airport transfers provided on normal tours. No additional room alteration to a tour may be made once the tour has been confirmed. Default tour rooms are standard double rooms with two queen size or full size beds unless otherwise specified. Additional bedding arrangements will come at additional fees if available and will be the responsibility of the travel companion party.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand White Sky Travel and Tourism or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

Disabilities and Travel

We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. White Sky Travel and Tourism or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travelling due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

White Sky Travel and Tourism uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. If your contact information, including your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, White Sky Travel and Tourism will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
